Patrick Peters is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and Real Estate Broker. As the third generation of our family to help lead this company, he prides himself on delivering detailed, accurate valuations for the most complex of situations. After graduating from Virginia Tech in 2007 with a Bachelors of Business Management, minor in Real Estate, and Masters of Building Construction Science and Management, he gained experience with Gilbane Construction. Since moving to Associated Appraisers in 2014, he has furthered his experience with a diverse portfolio of property types, often with values in excess of millions of dollars. Working with both the public and private sectors has allowed him to help clients through the management of every aspect of the valuation, sales, and purchasing process.

Matt grew up in Howard County and started his sales habit at the age of 14, selling hardware and lumber at Kendall Hardware in Clarksville, Maryland. By 17 he had started a landscaping company that has had a strong following since 1998. He has continued rising and has since begun building a successful career in real estate all over Maryland.
Matt is a family man who is devoted to God, his beautiful wife, and three boys. An athlete and outdoor enthusiast by nature, in the winter he enjoys skiing and snowboarding, while fishing is a year-round passion. Summer belongs to the water, from the Chesapeake Bay to local reservoirs, casting his line for small-mouth bass, large-mouth bass, rockfish, and speckled trout to name a few. The family enjoys camping, hiking, and boating together on a regular basis.
Matt has been trained and inspired in sales by some of the best in the business. He uses his experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem. He and his team work with their clients to initiate strong communication in every detail of the process, from the first phone call all the way to close.
